Dream Catcher has earned three back-to-back deficiency free surveys from the Arizona Department of Health Services. Owner Gaile Perry Dixon has served as a member of the Board of Examiners of Arizona’s Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers, has served on the Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America Board of Directors, on the Hospice of Arizona Professional Advisory Committee for 13 years, and is currently serving her 10 th year on the Arizona Assisted Living Homes Association Board of Directors, three years as Board President, and has received numerous community service awards. In July 2020, she was appointed to the Governor’s Taskforce tasked with making recommendations on how to safely reopen long term care facilities in Arizona.
